The main U-M target who dropped significantly was Wayne (N.J.) DePaul Catholic running back Kareem Walker, and though he lost his fifth star in the update, the 6-0, 208-pounder is still a top-50 prospect nationally.
Walker and his fellow Garden State prospect Rashan Gary (the new top player in the land) are among the prospects with whom Michigan may have the best shot.
The lone Michigan commit in the top 100 is No. 65 overall prospect Ben Bredeson, a 6-5, 280-pound guard from Hartland (Wisc.) Arrowhead High. Several more Michigan commits should be in tomorrow's release of the next 150 prospects nationally.
