New Michigan Football Offer: Marcus Jenkins

A couple days ago, Michigan offered Montgomery (Ala.) Park Crossing 2018 offensive lineman Marcus "Tank" Jenkins. Here's a quick look at the player.

Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Louisville, LSU, Maryland, North Carolina

In the past, Jenkins may have been a tough pull from the state of Alabama (and with an in-state offer from Auburn already, he may still be), but the Wolverines are increasing their presence, especially in the Montgomery area. Former Prattville assistant coach Bam Richards will join the staff as an offensive analyst, and two players from that school are already in Michigan's program (with a third, Dytarious Johnson, expected to sign when he clears up an academic question). If the Wolverines pursue Jenkins heavily, they'll have a shot.
